Is this an official Linear or GitHub product?

No. Linear GitHub Panel is independent software. We do not use Linear or GitHub logos. Linear and GitHub are trademarks of their respective owners.

How is this different from Linear’s GitHub integration?

Linear’s own GitHub integration covers links and automation. This extension renders status, priority, estimate, project, and assignee on the pull request so you do not switch tabs to confirm context.

Where is my API key stored?

Does the trial use my Google account?

Can the extension change my Linear issues?

No. The panel is read-only and does not run any Linear mutations.

Do I need a Linear account to try it?

For live issue data, yes — paste a Personal API Key from linear.app/settings/api. To see the UI first, enable Sample mode in Settings or open the live demo.

What if the panel disappears after a GitHub update?

Refresh the PR and confirm the extension is enabled. If it is still missing, email [email protected] with the affected PR layout so we can update the DOM adapter.

How do refunds and returns work?

This is digital software, so there is no physical return. You can request a refund within 14 days of the charge. See the Refund Policy.

How do I cancel a monthly subscription?

Open the Creem customer portal from your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals; access lasts until the current paid period ends. Deactivating a device in Settings does not cancel billing.
