Refund Policy

Linear GitHub Panel is digital software delivered as a Chrome extension license. There is no physical good to ship or return. This page explains refunds, cancellations, and how Creem processes them as our merchant of record. The product website is lineargithubpanel.com.

Merchant of Record

Payments, taxes, invoices, and refunds are processed by Creem. Creem is the merchant of record. We do not accept or process refunds outside Creem.

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge:

The 14-day free trial is not billed. Using the extension during the trial does not create a refundable charge.

The product is delivered immediately as a license key. We still honor this 14-day window.

Cancellations (monthly)

Cancel a monthly subscription at any time from the Creem customer portal linked in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current paid period. Canceling is not the same as a refund.

Deactivate this device in the extension settings only frees an activation slot. It does not cancel billing.

How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected], or
  2. Open a GitHub issue, or
  3. Use the contact options in your Creem receipt or customer portal.

Include the checkout email and, if you have it, the license key or transaction id.

We respond within 3 business days. If we do not, Creem may issue a refund on our behalf.

Approved refunds are processed only through Creem. Original payment-processing fees may remain, per Creem’s refund rules.

After a refund

Creem revokes or disables the license key. The in-page panel returns to the locked state on the next license check. You should also deactivate this device in settings.

Returns

Because this is digital software, we cannot accept a physical return. A refund under this policy is the equivalent of a return.

Chargebacks

Contact us or Creem before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks are handled by Creem. Unrecognized charges on a statement are often labeled as Creem.

Creem’s additional rights

Creem may refund a transaction within 60 days at its discretion, including to prevent chargebacks or to comply with law, even if this policy would not otherwise require a refund. Payments remain subject to Creem’s Buyer Terms.
